Captain Smart has said that President Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has done such a terrible job that even the mosquitoes in his hometown are upset with him.
Thursday, January 19, 2023, on his show Maakye, Captain Smart said that most Ghanaians had a lot of faith in Akufo-Addo to help Ghana out of its problems.
But, he said, the way things have turned out has been rather sad.
“Nana Addo, you’ve upset everyone, even Kyebi mosquitoes, because if they joke, you’ll drain their blood,” he said.
Captain Smart, on the other hand, says that the President can’t be blamed too much because most of his appointees don’t know much about running a country.
He also said that a look at the ministers would show how bad the people he chose are.
“It’s not your fault that you didn’t hang out with smart people. “One day I’ll look at all of your ministers, and you’ll see that some of them don’t even deserve to be my cleaner,” he said.
His comment comes from the fact that the President’s Domestic Debt Exchange program includes individual bondholders.
