The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Kobina Ade Coker reacts to the “Dumsor” which has become an issue as far as John Dramani Mahama is concern.
According to Joseph Kobina Ade Coker, John Dramani Mahama is not responsible for the “Dumsor” but rather the leaders who succeeded Osagyefo Doctor Kwame Nkrumah before John Evans Atta Mills.
Those leaders are responsible for the “Dumsor” because they were not having vision to see that Ghana’s population is rising and therefore, they need to increase power to the electricity.
The late professor John Evans Atta Mills was the only leader who had that vision and therefore constructed the Bui Dam in the Northern Region to increase power to electricity in Ghana.
With the Bui Dam constructed by the late professor John Evans Atta Mills under the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government, Joseph Kobina Ade Coker said to Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo that he and his party should be grateful to them.
